We are moving our bus hub from the Buckley garage to the McGovern Transportation Center (the MBTA Train Station). This move will give our riders a more comfortable and less congested space to catch our buses. Our goal is to still serve downtown Lawrence with the same high-quality service we do today, and we need your help to figure out where our buses should go. This is a great opportunity to make sure our routes serve you best.
Construction will be starting on Monday, March 11, 2024, to the Summer. There will be no vehicle access or parking on the ground level. There will be free 30-minute parking for pick up/drop off on the upper floors.

Although Mother Nature did not consult with MeVa before delivering the region’s first snow storm of the year, Sunday service will begin as scheduled. Due to the weather, we will have an additional road supervisor on duty to address storm related issues in real time and buses will be on snow detour.
Since only 7 routes will be running, we anticipate the following route changes:
#1, #10, #17, and #24 will have no route changes.
#2 will bypass Railroad Ave. in Andover
#8 will not serve Woodridge Housing in North Andover and will only travel between Buckley and the North Andover Mall

We will continue to post updates as more information about the storm becomes available.
