Amesbury Santa Parade and Tree lighting – Saturday December 1, 2018

Effective: November 29, 2018 - December 1, 2018

On Saturday December 1, 2018 Amesbury will be having their annual Santa Parade and Tree lighting. Due to this the route 51 will be on detour and we will not be able to service Sparhawk St. / Main St. and all of the Amesbury downtown area while the detour is in effect.  The detour will be as follow:

 Outbound

  • From Highland St., right onto Greenwood St.
  • Right onto Main St.
  • Left onto Macy St. (Rt 110)
  • Left onto Elm St. to Nicholas Costello Transportation Center

 Inbound

  • From Nicholas Costello Transportation Center, right onto Elm St.
  • Right onto Macy St. (Rt 110)
  • Right onto Main St.
  • Left onto Greenwood St.
  • Left onto Highland St.
